Scott Shute, Vice President, Global Customer Operations, LinkedIn

Scott has been an active advocate for customers in the technology space for over 20 years, with roles ranging from sales, customer advocacy, and customer service leadership. In his current role at LinkedIn, he leads the team responsible for providing customer service to the nearly 500M LinkedIn members and enterprise customers.

An early adopter and passionate supporter of meditation and spiritual practices, Scott has led public meditation sessions since he was a teenager, and is currently the executive sponsor of LinkedIn’s Mindfulness program.
